  • Two-day training event to raise awareness of mental health and mental health promotion, identify and address the detrimental effects of stigma and social exclusion of people with mental health problems, and support and develop knowledge and skills in a core group of future trainers
  • Key areas: What is mental health; what is mental health promotion; attitudes to mental health - tackling stigma & discrimination; sources of support for people with mental health problems; principles that underpin effective mental health promotion - what works.
